The UK Sport Imports site is designed to assist you through the processes of choosing and buying a product, making sure your purchase is well informed and the right one for you. We all buy things over the internet, and understand the ups and downs, so we want to give you the best experience possible.

We take great pride in our high standard of customer service, our staff are trained to understand the importance of the customer before and after the sale. We are the sole UK distributor for many of our products and in most cases we provide all after sales service and warranty back up in house. We have a team of trained engineers with full technical understanding of each product, so that on the very rare occasion that a problem does occur you will find that immediate assistance is only a phone call or e-mail away.

All our products are delivered to the majority of the UK mainland FREE OF CHARGE. We run our own fleet of transport such that we deliver 90% of items using our own vehicles. We find this is a far superior way to deliver items which are over 35kg in weight as deliveries are extremely reliable and items do not get damaged.

Our business operates from a showroom and office near the Merry Hill centre. The showroom is open 7 days a week and here you can see most of the products on our website assembled and ready to try out. The showroom combines with a 60,000 square foot storage facilty located near Harvington, Kidderminster. Here we handle the internet dispatch and multiple container deliveries of new stock every week.
