Description: The IM Fitness ROCK elliptical trainer is a great addition to the IM Fitness range. With 8 levels of manual tension control and magnetic resistence system you will have complete control over each workout. The computer console is simple to use and easy to read and gives constant feedback.
There are 2 sets of handlebars - one set which moves during your workout for an all over body workout and a second stationary set with multiple hold positions and hand pulse sensors for a lower body workout.

Hand Pulse: The hand pulse sensors are located on the stationary handlebar set and will give an accurate readout of your heart rate on the easy to read console.
Magnetic Resistence System: This system with a 7kg flywheel ensures a consistent level of resistence and is controlled using the manual control knob situated on the centre post.
Footplates: Large non-slip footplates for your comfort, and to improve the efficiency of your workout.
Construction: Tubular/Plate Steel with plastic cosmetics and control panel & foam coated handles.
