It's numberous programs offer a variation of challenging workouts but if you prefer to do your own workout you can simply use the quick start option and adjust the resistence using the quick touch keys on the console. This very stylish, user friendly trainer is sure to suit all needs regardless of your level of fitness.
What also makes this trainer stand out from the rest is the 3 level ergonomic adjustable stride length feature. This can easily be adjusted to cater for each users height requirements or to simply target different lower body muscle groups. The multiple handlebars with various gripping positions also help with targeting different muscle groups in the upper and lower body.
