Description: This fantastic punch ball from Ironman has been designed to take continuous punches. The punching bag is supported by a sturdy steel post which is height adjustable using a simple clip locking system. All this is mounted onto a chrome spring which slots into the base to allow the bag to bend and turn with each punch.
The rounded base is ideal for rolling away the stand when not in use. It can be filled with water or sand and will weight approx 60kg when filled with water.

Standing targets are excellent training aids because they don't swing around as much as hanging bags. It also saves the annoyance of actually having to hang a bag, you just have to stand it up and you're ready to train.
