Description: This high quality Training Punch bag will help you hone your skills in no time. The ball is mounted on a height adjustable upright post with a chrome spring attached at the base to allow for perfect angle for each user. The height is quickly and easily adjusted using the control knob on the upright post.
The rounded base is ideal for rolling away the stand when not in use. It can be filled with water or sand and will weight approx 30kg when filled with water.
