Hi......thanks so much for sending me through a new on/off switch...it's done the trick! And I really must say how impressed, pleased and grateful I am for your help...in fact...if customer service was an Olympic sport then you would certainly be up for gold as far as I am concerned. I know talk can be cheap at times but it would not surprise me if you soon receive at least a couple of orders from this (Essex) area as I have extolled your virtues to as many of my pals as possible. Just want to say a really big thank you for my fantastic Tahiti Topaz Massage Couch, (ordered late on Tuesday night and here this morning) Honestly it was like Christmas for me when it arrived :) Just one suggestion, since these are such reasonably priced quality items it would really be worth while sending information to colleges who offer beauty and complementary therapies, as come September all the students are after these and I really wish I had known about you before I bought my previous couch (I go to Huntingdon Regional College in Cambridgeshire you could address anything to Ann Atkin who is the head of department, I know Cambridgeshire Regional College also do similar courses). No doubt I will be contacting you again when I buy my seated massage chair that I have my eye on :)

Just to say how impressed we were with your company and the delivery service. We were contacted by the driver the evening before who was extremely polite and gave us a time of 1130 for delivery. And the order duly arrived pretty much on the nail! Driver was great and we will definitely be recommending your company to others.

My experience with this company were 2nd to none! Having talked over my disabilities to a very helpful assistant about the product i wanted to purchase, she assured me this was the right choice. The service was excellent and after ordering the SEG Recumbant bicycle and rower was here the next day. It is perfect for ones with back problems who find their excercise is limited to just a very short walk at times. Thankyou so much.

I ordered an exercise pro bike from your company, and iet me tell you this..............I.ve seen negative remarks on your website but i dont know why ! I ordered the bike, and within 3 days i received it, amazing service!!! I didnt even pay postage.....although i did help the courier with this parcel even though he never asked! The bike was packed up expertly and the quality is first rate THANK YOU UK SPORTS....WILL DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN.

Thank you for your e-mail re my question about variable resistance on the Body Sculpture rowing machines. I was too late to ring you today so here’s another e-mail.
I asked the question on Sunday after failing to find the answer on your website after about ˝hr browsing. Having sent the e-mail I found the answer in the next 2 mins!
So I ordered the BS BR-3060X-H and it arrived this morning. Great service, well done. Now assembled, the machine looks and feels good quality. No serious rowing yet, but I’m very pleased so far.
Obviously there is no need to pursue my query now.

Due to poor weather conditions My bike delivery was delayed for a few days which was a minor inconvenience . Have now taken delivery of said bike and having built it and had my first spin on it , had to mail You to say so far its looking and working great . Had looked at some of the more traditional exercises bikes and decided to go for the more race styled type and with the savings that were offered it looks like a real bargain. Would also like to thank You for the service as well and keeping me informed about delivery delay etc. Look forward to many hours on My bike out of the cold and snow .
