Details: Another fantastic home gym from Ironman - this gym comes with 3 seperate work stations. With all gyms there is the standard seated station which features the butterfly press, lateral pulldown and leg extension/curl bar with arm curl bar attached.
This station alone is enough for a basic all over body workout but with the HG011 you get the added bonus of the leg press to help further toning of the thigh and calve muscles. There is also the dip stand which is height adjustable to allow for switching between push ups and pullups to target all major upper body muscle groups.
This gym comes with a FREE 200lb weight stack included and can easily be adjusted using the simple pull pin locking system. Each workout zone can be adjusted using this system combined with the integrated cable and pulley design. The multiple workout zones are listed below:
Butterfly press: With 2 position handle for working biceps, triceps & pecs
Lateral pulldown: For working on arms, shoulders, back and chest muscles
Arm extension pads: For use with free weights to target biceps and triceps
Arm curl bar: Whether seated, standing or used as a rowing station this will allow you to target most upper body muscle groups
Leg press: This is it's own station dedicated with padded seat and adjustable plate to help target all major leg muscle groups
Dip Stand: This also is a seperate station and can be height adjusted to be used as either a pull-up or push-up aid to target shoulders, chest and arm muscles.
Construction: The main frame is made from the highest grade box steel, finished in white. The seat, back pad and arm pads are thickly padded with foam and have a wipe clean black PVC covering.
